Diane truly believes that everyone should be happy in his or her work and she founded Springbok Coaching with the intention of helping more people achieve this. Diane has an MBA from Stanford and an undergraduate degree from Colgate University. She has held senior management roles at Amazon.com, Charles Schwab and at Silicon Valley start-ups. She also taught English in the Japanese Public High School system for two years right after college.
